1. Legal information and acceptance

This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the website corresponding to the address www.london365.net (the “Portal”) owned by HADOQ IT, SL (hereinafter, “HADOQ IT” or “We”), with registered office at Glorieta de Quevedo 8, 7th left, 28015 Madrid, telephone 91 8050382, email [email protected], and CIF B-34267021, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, volume 33,489, folio 92, sheet M-602839, made available to Internet Users.

The use of the Portal grants the status of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies acceptance of all usage rules contained in this Legal Notice.

2. Terms of Use of the General Portal

Users are obligated to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User who breaches the Law or this Legal Notice shall be liable to HADOQ IT or to third parties for any damages that may arise as a result of such breach.

It is expressly prohibited to use the Portal for purposes harmful to the assets or interests of HADOQ IT or in any way to overload, damage, or disable the networks, servers, and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and applications (software) of HADOQ IT or third parties.

2.1 Introduction of links to the Portal

Users or providers of Information Society services wishing to introduce links from their own websites to this Portal must comply with the following conditions:

No false, inaccurate, or incorrect statements shall be made on the page that introduces the link regarding HADOQ IT, its partners, employees, members, or the quality of the services it offers.

Under no circumstances shall it be stated on the page where the link is located that HADOQ IT has given its consent for the insertion of the link or that it in any other way sponsors, collaborates, verifies, or supervises the services of the sender or supports the ideas, statements, or expressions included on the sender’s page.

The use of any denominative, graphic, or mixed trademark or any other distinctive sign of HADOQ IT is prohibited except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorized by HADOQ IT, and provided that, in these cases, a direct link to the Portal is allowed in the manner established in this clause.

The link shall only link to the home page or main page of the Portal, without reproducing the Portal or its content, and in any case, it is prohibited to establish frames or frames or in any other way allow the visualization of the Portal or its contents through an Internet address other than that of the Portal.

The page establishing the link must faithfully comply with the law and may not in any case provide or link to its own or third-party content that is unlawful or inappropriate in relation to the activity of HADOQ IT.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

In particular, users shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, publicly communicate, transform, or modify the contents except to the extent necessary for navigation through the Portal, in cases authorized by law, or when expressly consented to by HADOQ IT.

The trademarks, trade names, or logos are the property of HADOQ IT, and access to the Portal shall not be construed as granting users any rights over such trademarks, trade names, and/or logos.

4. Exclusion of Liability

For the availability of the service.

HADOQ IT strives to keep the Site operational and error-free, but you agree to use the Site at your own risk. The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, and, unless legally required by applicable law, we do not offer any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor do we guarantee that access to or use of the Site will be uninterrupted and error-free. In addition, access to the Site requires services and supplies from third parties, including transportation through telecommunications networks, the reliability, quality, security, continuity, and operation of which are not under the control of HADOQ IT. HADOQ IT is not responsible for failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks or other services provided by third parties that cause the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of access to the Portal.

Regarding linked contents and services through the Portal

The Website may include links that allow the User to access other websites and portals on the Internet (“Linked Sites”). In these cases, HADOQ IT shall only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has effective knowledge of their unlawfulness and has not disabled the link with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with unlawful or inappropriate content, they may inform HADOQ IT in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 5 of this Legal Notice, without this communication ever implying an obligation to remove the corresponding link.

Under no circumstances shall the existence of Linked Sites presuppose the existence of agreements with the responsible parties or owners thereof, nor shall it imply the recommendation, promotion, or identification of HADOQ IT with the statements, contents, or services offered.

5. Portal Security

Connection to the Portal is made through open networks, so HADOQ IT does not control the security of data communication or equipment connected to the Internet. It is the User’s responsibility to have appropriate tools for the prevention, detection, and disinfection of malware or malicious software.

HADOQ IT shall not be liable for any damage caused to users’ computer equipment during connection to the Portal due to third-party acts or due to the lack of security or confidentiality of information transmitted by third-party equipment and telecommunications networks or as a result of vulnerabilities in the user’s own software or hardware.

6. Reporting of illicit and inappropriate activities or services

In the event that the User or any third party becomes aware that the Linked Sites, contents, or any other service provided through the Portal are unlawful, harmful, degrading, violent, or contrary to morals, or in any way infringe upon third-party rights, you may contact HADOQ IT indicating the following:

  • Personal data of the sender: name, address, telephone number, and email address. This data will be incorporated into a file for which HADOQ IT is responsible, solely for the purpose of responding to your request. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The omission of any of this data may result in your request not being attended to, without prejudice to any voluntary inquiries that HADOQ IT may wish to make.
  • Description of the facts revealing the unlawful or inappropriate nature of the service.
  • In case of violation of rights, such as intellectual property, industrial property, or any other rights whose existence cannot be inferred by HADOQ IT, documentation proving the existence of the infringed title or legal right must be provided. Likewise, the personal data of the holder of the infringed right must be provided when they are a person other than the communicator, as well as the document of representation to act on behalf of the latter in these cases.

8. Validity

HADOQ IT reserves the right to make changes to this Legal Notice, publishing any changes in the same manner as appears in this Legal Notice or through any type of communication to users or other appropriate procedure.

Therefore, the temporary validity of this Legal Notice coincides with the moment of its publication, until it is modified in whole or in part, at which time the modified Legal Notice shall enter into force. Consequently, the User shall carefully read this Legal Notice each time they access the Portal.
